Thermal Conversion Elemental Analyzer (TCEA)

The Thermal Conversion Elemental Analyzer (TCEA) is a pyrolysis (pyro = heat, lysis = to break apart) device that thermally decomposes a sample in a carbon reducing environment in order to break down waters, organic, and inorganic samples (nitrates, phosphates, and sulphates) into gaseous forms that can be passed to an IRMS.
